Your use of the Site and Apps is subject to these terms and conditions. You should cease using the Site and Apps right once if you do not want to be bound by these terms and conditions.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "you," "your," or "user" shall mean any natural person or legal entity who (a) has agreed to become a member of the Site and Apps by creating an account on the Site or through the Apps.

REGISTRATION

You can apply to register for an account to gain access to some restricted areas and services on the Site and Apps. You represent and warrant that all information you supply, now and in the future, is correct and that you will preserve the accuracy of such information by submitting an application to register for an account. The Company retains the right to reject the registration of an account for any reason in its sole discretion.

As part of our security measures, if you select a password or receive any other login credentials to access your account, you are required to treat it as confidential information and not to share it with or make it available to any third parties. ELIGIBILITY

Everyone living in India is eligible to enter the contests, but they must qualify as a major under the Indian Majority Act of 1875. Regarding Non-Indian Residents, they must meet the requirements of the local legislation in each nation

• Only those over the age of 18 may enter the contest(s).
• Only those who are currently residing in India are eligible for the contest(s).
• In compliance with the laws in effect in some Indian states, Powerstrikers may prohibit residents of those states from taking part in the Contest (s). Presently, residents of the Indian states of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh are not eligible to take part in the paid edition of the Contest since those states' laws are unclear or forbid people from playing skill-based games that cost money to enter.
• Those who want to take part must have a working email account.

If Powerstrikers learns that a participant has insider knowledge of any competing teams in a given contest or match, organizing boards, leagues, etc., Powerstrikers may, upon receiving information, prohibit that participant from participating and/or withdrawing winning sums. To be eligible to participate in the Contest and earn prizes, a Participant must successfully register on the Powerstrikers and register prior to each game in accordance with the directions provided above.

RESTRICTED USES

You acknowledge and agree that in using the Site and the Apps, you will:

• Not alter or change any information from the Site or the Apps, including any code or software, or reproduce, republish, upload, download, post, transmit, or distribute in any way unless expressly permitted by us.
• Not to distribute, host, rent, sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site or the Apps, in whole or in part, or any content displayed on such.
• Not use the Site or the Apps to access, view, or create a rival website, app, platform, service, contest, or game.
• Not reframe or reformat any of the content on the Site or Apps, or access, screen scrape, retrieve, or index any such content.
• Not harvest or otherwise collect data, program material, or any other information through the Site or the Apps.
• Not download any file shared on a forum by another member that you know, or should know, cannot be transferred legally in this way.
• Abide by any content guidelines we may occasionally issue.

You are responsible for any user content you submit, which may be removed or the subject of legal action, depending on the circumstances.
