Any user can cancel a transaction and ask for a refund of the amount paid at Powerstrikers 's sole and absolute discretion if:

• The User sends a written request to Powerstrikers to cancel such payment from the registered email address.
• The cancellation request must be received at least 2 days before the round for which the payment is made if the payment is for participation in the paid version(s).

After taxes and withdrawal fees are taken out, Powerstrikers can decide whether or not to give the User back the amount of the transaction. Refunds take between 5 to 7 working days. During the process of a deal, users should remember important rules and terms.

If the transaction terms and conditions are different from those on Powerstrikers , the transaction terms and conditions will be considered. Contest entry fees that are refunded are put back into the Powerstrikers user Account.

Only the joining fee will be returned in the case of a cancellation, technical problem, or "force majeure." There will be no claims for rank-based prizes.
